Our experienced in house staff will ensure your ironmongery requirements are fully compliant meeting all current DDA, fire and security criteria. Using Intec systems, the most recognised and preferred scheduling software in the ironmongery profession. We can schedule your project door by door, plot by plot or simple bill pages offering you a user friendly system to understand your ironmongery requirements no matter of its size or complexity.

Product Proposals

Knex Architectural Ironmongery Ltd understands how important the specification process is to any given project and provide a free of charge product sample service to all our clients. This can be quite simply be a loose item or a presentation board with all the important aesthetic products of a project made to your requirements. These can be despatched to any given destination within the UK.

Distribution

We offer a variety of delivery options dependant on your requirements and cover the United Kingdom with a major national courier company. Delivery options range from a next day service to a timed pre 10.00 or 12.00 with a same day express service if required. Using an online booking system we are able to monitor the current progress of your consignment ensuring they reach their destination in the required timescale. We can despatch your order up to 6.00 pm for a next day service.

Onsite Support

Onsite support is an invaluable service that we provide for all our clients ultilising a wealth of knowledge and experience to support your key members of staff with any issues that may arise through design or functioning issues. Additionally our external sales team can offer free site surveys and attend design meetings on your behalf.

Packaging Services

A tailor made service to ensure a seamless supply of goods to your site and offer several free of charge packaging options as follows. First fix and second fix packing. Itemised door by door packing. Plot by plot packing. Itemised bulk packing with next day site check off (subject to size of project and timescale)

Installation
